From La Jornada, Oct. 11 via Chiapas95 (our translation):

Culiacan, Sinaloa — Felipe Calderon Hinojosa will not last six years as president of the Republicin light of the social disconent generated by the electoral fraud and the social mobilizations that are occurring throughout the country, affirmed Subcommander Marcos of the Zapatista National Liberation Army (EZLN).

As a part of the Other Campaign, Marcos spoke before some 100 fishermen at a stop in the community of Dautillos, municipality of Navolato, the so-called “Delegate Zero” accused the PANista Calderon Hinojosa of applying the same neoliberal economic policy developed by the governments of Vicente Fox and Ernesto Zedillo, which implies dismantling productive capacity and plundering national resources…

“Calderon Hinojosa…will not be able to govern six years because the country is on the verge of a social crisis. There are many of us who do not recognize the legitimacy of the his electoral vicotry.”
