Truly sorry that it is only when their provincial area (Tompkins Square Park) is threatened with surveillance that these activists see it necessary to go into action. Aren't they opposed to wall-to-wall surveillance anywhere else in NYC? Besides, the cameras have actually been installed in a great many other places in NYC, but they haven't yet been installed in TSP. . . . Why not protest what actually exists instead of what might exist?
The inconvenient facts and unanswered questions surrounding the attacks are legion, but the endemic sloppiness of the self-styled "researchers" is delegitimizing the entire project of critiquing the "official version." The ostentatiously named "Truth movement" is not clearing the air, but muddying the water.
