(Reuters, Jan. 16) Meanwhile, the far-right faction around Avigdor Lieberman of the Yisrael Beitenu party walked out of the Israeli government in protest of announced plans by Prime Minister Ehud Olmert to negotiate with the Palestinians on issued such as the status of Jerusalem. The inconvenient facts and unanswered questions surrounding the attacks are legion, but the endemic sloppiness of the self-styled "researchers" is delegitimizing the entire project of critiquing the "official version." The ostentatiously named "Truth movement" is not clearing the air, but muddying the water.
